Film Festival: Tromadance

A friend of mine just was showcased in the tromadance film festival. his film, i must admit, is not so good. in facti would even call it bad. This film festival however is a kinda sorta big deal. If your film gets accepted you ahve the option to have the film put on a DVD that is sold in major stores, and your films gets tons of exposure around the world. having seen his film i would reccommend tromadance to any aspiring film makers as a good option for a place to enter your film. If your films any good, you might even win :O)

Independent Film

Hi, I'm Emily...and i love independent film.

I went to film school to learn how to make movies, and while there became, addicted to watching and reviwing independent films and entering film festivals. Its amazing how great films can be, and how crappy a lot of the films aretaht make it to the theaters and are blockbusters. Film, like most things in this worl dependson how much money you have on whether or not it will be successful. the more money behind a film, the more successful the film, regardless of the films actual quality.

This blog is going to be dedicatedto my love of films, with some film reviews, and prehaps some information on different film festivals out therethat other independent film makers can enter.
